How much does bond cleaning cost?
Bond cleaning prices depend on many factors such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms and other requirements. You can get an instant hassle-free quote to see a price and book. You would find that we are fairly priced.
Keep in mind that our quote system is based on an unfurnished property in decent shape.
What is included in bond cleaning?
Bond cleaning is typically resetting the property to the way it was presented to you. Your landlord or real estate agent would have set the terms of what is required. We go by our Bond Cleaning Checklist to ensure that everything is covered. They typically include:
- Floors – Ceramic tiles and wood
- Light Fittings
- Doors, Window Sills, Skirting Boards

How long does bond cleaning take?
This is a tough one to really be accurate on, but typically six hours depending on the size of your property. Larger houses can take up to 8 hours! Other factors include how many staff we bring to site and the depth of clean. We block out 8 hours for your property.
Do I have to be present during the cleaning?
You do not have to be there for the actual clean as you will be bored out of your mind. We do prefer you there to let us in and do a walkthrough together. Upon completion, we are happy to lock up and leave the keys somewhere safe.

I've cleaned my property but need the carpet steam cleaned. Can you do that?
We sure can! We offer a stand-alone carpet steam cleaning service.

What payment options are available?
A credit or debit card is required to make a booking with us. Your card is placed on file and a hold for the amount is placed at 7am the day of your clean. The amount is then deducted when the job is completed.
Why do I require a card for making a booking?
Due to past incidents, we now require a card for booking and the amount is placed on hold a few hours before your cleaning. We do this to ensure that the funds are available for our work, and that we are paid afterwards.
Do you provide receipts?
We always provide receipts so you can forward to your real estate in a flash, or for your personal records.
