How much does bond cleaning cost?

Keep in mind that our quote system is based on an unfurnished property in decent shape.
What is included in bond cleaning?
Bond cleaning is typically resetting the property to the way it was presented to you. Your landlord or real estate agent would have set the terms of what is required. We go by our Bond Cleaning Checklist to ensure that everything is covered. They typically include:
- Floors – Ceramic tiles and wood
- Light Fittings
- Doors, Window Sills, Skirting Boards

How long does bond cleaning take?
This is a tough one to really be accurate on, but typically four hours depending on the size of your property. Larger houses can take up to 8 hours! Other factors include how many staff we bring to site and the depth of clean.
Do I have to be present during the cleaning?
You do not have to be there for the actual clean as you will be bored out of your mind. We do prefer you there to let us in and do a walkthrough together. Upon completion, we are happy to lock up and leave the keys somewhere safe.

I've cleaned my property but need the carpet steam cleaned. Can you do that?
