Migrating to Australia from New York was probably the biggest risk I have taken but as they say, “no risk, no reward”. Australia has been the most rewarding 12 years of my life! I was fortunate enough to live in Airlie Beach, Broome, and now settled in Melbourne since 2020.
The idea of a cleaning business was always something I mulled on for some time but never pulled the trigger on it. As you can see on the homepage, the business was started because of my having to move and how expensive bond cleaners can be.
As a current Commercial Pilot with an extensive military background, it has allowed me to approach this business with a lot of perspective, and a sharp attention to detail. This allows us to provide a service that is excellence and integrity driven. We understand that the service you seek is one that requires trust and dependency to a certain extent.
Our vision at Ace Bond Cleaners is really hard to put into words, because there’s no way verbalise integrity.
Since launching, we have seen a significant rise in inquiries and bookings which enabled us to recently hire two new staff members and always seeking more. One thing I have learned over the years is that the we as humans are a true reflection of our environment and it is contagious. With this in mind, I make sure that my staff are treated to the highest level of respect and openness. We are all one team and I do work side by side with all team members.
In regards to the services we offer, we have decided to just stick to end of lease and carpet steam cleaning to become specialists in our field. Though the cleaning industry is competitive, our goal is to provide quality service to our customers. We are running our own race and constantly making adjustments to our procedures and pricing to ensure that we offer our customers the best value for their money, while being able to pay our staff and cover operating expenses. Our website is not a marketing platform with strategies to sway you into booking with us. Instead, we have implemented a clear layout of what we do written by humans for humans.
