I think that for us here at ACE BOND CLEANERS, it is best we explain what it means coming from us, and how it affects you.
When we say we help you get your bond back or bond back guaranteed, we are saying that if it were up to our cleaning services alone, you will more than likely be entitled to your deposit being returned to you.
As mentioned in our Terms of Service, we have a look at your property prior to starting the clean to give you the best possible outcome. Our responsibility is to deep clean your property to hand it back to the owner in pristine condition. That by itself will not guarantee your bond back.
When an inspection is done by your landlord or real estate agent, they look at many factors in which cleanliness is a major factor. Even more importantly than cleaning is damage to the property. Broken windows, damaged walls or any other components of the property can hinder your ability to retrieve your full bond.
Our guarantee is that your bond will be returned if your property is in good shape and only cleaning is required. If your landlord or agent rejects your bond claim due to cleaning, we will happily rectify the problem for free. However, if it is outside of cleaning for something like a broken toilet, then we are not able to assist you in pursuit of your bond.
So in a nutshell, if your property only needs to be cleaned for your bond to be returned to you, we can “guarantee” that you will get it back.
