Rubbish
We are not able to remove rubbish from the premises, but we can take them to the streetside bins if they are available. Otherwise, you should make arrangements to have all rubbish removed.
Balconies
Balcony cleaning can be added on to your bond clean keeping in mind that because of heights associated with balconies, our team will not be able to use ladders as we focus on the safety of our team members.
Blinds
We are only able to lightly dust blinds to get off as much grime as we can.
Ceilings
Our team are able to dust ceilings with extendable equipment. We are not able to clean stains or markings on ceilings.
In Between Oven Glass
Though we give your oven a thorough clean inside and out, we are not able to dismantle ovens and clean in-between the glass.
Floor and Wall Grout
Unless it’s in the bathroom, we are not able to service floor and wall grout in general areas. They tend to require specialist machinery which we do not have.
Walls
We can attempt remove small markings from walls by general wiping, but not larger markings or stains. Larger markings would require wall cleaning specialists or painters.
Outdoor Cleaning
The only outdoor cleaning we can do would be the optional window cleaning that is within reach.
Garage
We do not clean garages unless booked. We do not clean excessively dirty or oily garage floors.
