1. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Once you schedule a service, we’ll confirm your appointment details promptly.
- Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods. Please contact us directly to discuss the available options.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Access to Property
- Entry Requirements: Ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we’re unable to access the premises, a call-out fee may apply.
4. Bond Back Guarantee
- Our Commitment: We stand by our 100% bond back guarantee. If any part of our cleaning doesn’t meet the required standards, we’ll return and rectify the problem free of charge. Please note that the guarantee applies to areas covered in our cleaning checklist and does not cover issues outside our control, such as property damage.
5. Service Inclusions and Exclusions
- What’s Included: Our bond cleaning service covers a comprehensive checklist, including general areas, kitchen, bathroom, and floors.
- What’s Excluded: Certain tasks are not included in our standard bond cleaning service, such as rubbish removal, outdoor cleaning, and garage cleaning, unless specifically booked.
6. Liability
- Insurance: We are fully insured for public liability.
- Damages: In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll assess and address the issue promptly.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Our Promise: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.
