Know Our Terms of Service for Bond Cleaning

As you would expect from any service provider, here will set forth our Terms of Service. It essentially explains what we do, and what we do not do.

End of Lease / Bond Cleaning

End of Lease, or Bond Cleaning, is where we provide a cleaning service to you that satisfies your landlord or real estate’s requirements to get your deposit back.

When you notify them of your intent to vacate, you are usually sent in writing, their cleaning requirements. They tend to be standard and can be easily attained.

Your typical cleaning advice will contain the following:

  • Floors – Ceramic tiles and wood
  • Light Fittings
  • Exhaust Fan
  • Inside Windows
  • Balcony (if selected)
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Oven & Stove Cleaning
  • Cupboards
  • Bathrooms & Toilets

We will as a minimum complete the aforementioned list to align with the requirements of your landlord or agency. Please see all that is included in bond cleaning, and what’s not included.

The Process

  • Estimated Quote

End of Lease cleaning starts with an estimated quote. The quote can come from the website or an advertised source. The prices are the same no matter the medium acquired. Once a price is agreed, we will confirm a date and time. Our bookings start from 7:00am with the last booking at 5:00pm. If available, we may request your notice to vacate from your agency to make sure that we attend to their requirements.

  • The Day of Cleaning

On the day of cleaning, our team will confirm that we are on our way. We endeavour to be on time always, but sometimes there may be traffic or parking delays. This will be communicated beforehand. Upon arrival we will inspect the property. We do this to ensure that our quote aligns with the information provided, but also to ensure that we bring in the necessary equipment for the task.

We will take photos prior to getting to work and also at the end to ensure that we have a visual document of the property prior to us providing the service.

Upon completion, we invite you to have a final look before we mark it as completed.

We require the payment in full. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple or Google Pay. Electronic receipts are emailed or texted instantly after payment.

  • After the Clean

Our goal is to help you get your bond back (from the cleaning aspect). Our guarantee is to get your bond back via our professional cleaning services. Please read more on our guarantee and what it means.

For the days following your clean, we will keep lines of communication open to ensure that things go smoothly with your real estate or landlord. If they are not happy with the cleaning, we will come back and fix the item(s) that did not meet the requirement.

Once everything is all good with receiving your bond back, we will consider your cleaning a success and close your job. We do encourage honest feedback via an online review if you are able to do so.
